Writing is a solo act. In isolation and alone with one's thoughts, it is ever so important to seek out other writers who will become sounding boards for all those ideas that need to be vented!
I am grateful to be with SSIA (South Sound Indie Authors), a newly formed group of authors. We support each other and offer critiques for members' works in progress. We have begun to promote members' books at various events.
Our first event was OLYPRIDE on July 1st. Thank you to all who stopped by our booth and showed support.
Next event: July 22nd Companion Cove Farmer's Market, Sexton Road Nw at the Steamboat Island exit off Hwy 101.
